Tracy Taylor
Founder & CEO

Tracy Taylor has been navigating the entertainment industry for well over a decade. She has worked alongside industry leaders such as Warner Bros, Sony, Nickelodeon, and CBS Television as a professional manager and consultant.
In addition to her career as a producer and manager, she is the Executive Producer at Sling and Stone Films and the owner of TheMomagers.com; encompassing master classes, mentoring, and consultation services for actors. She procures investments, and brand placement & integration for indie films.
Tracy has worked alongside and received mentorship from industry professionals such as Marty Ewing (300: Rise of an Empire, Predator, The Accountant), and Barbara Muschietti (Stephen King’s IT, The Flash, Mama).
Prior to Taylor’s entertainment career, her expertise lay in business development and implementation of companies and programs for professionals and the community, including the American Heart Association, home health care, and production and designs for events and theater, to name a few.
Today, Tracy combines her prior knowledge, experience, and connections to create a premier educational and film studio with cutting edge technology unlike any other.
Asa Bailey
OSF & Bailey Academy Partner
Asa Bailey is a pioneer in the field of Virtual Production. With a background in HCI (Human Computer Interaction) and digital content production spanning over 20 years, Bailey is recognized for his ability to use technology to tell stories, and design worlds, and his highly efficient approach to media production.
Bailey is the founder of the virtual production company On-Set Facilities and developer of The GODBOX computer system.
Currently, Bailey is serving as Studio Virtual Production Supervisor for Netflix, and is in high demand worldwide as a Virtual Production Supervisor, Director, and Executive Producer, working on productions and building virtual production studios and solutions.
Together with Tracy Taylor, Asa builds his Bailey Academy to train students in virtual production and technology.

Green Pastures Studio, owned by Melodie Garneau, Richard Janes, and Amy Janes, is the parent company of the Oklahoma Films & Television Academy. Through collaboration and partnerships with their team, we are bringing OFTA training to the Appalachian Highlands.
Within this partnership is a shared vision to build a sustainable workforce while producing high quality industry standard films. Since inception, the Oklahoma Film & Television Academy has built one of the largest, if not the largest, film schools in the country for below-the-line production crew members. We are anxious to bring this collaboration to the Appalachian Highlands.

Laura Seagroves has worked in the marketplace for nearly two decades, during which time she has participated in the construction of over 1,100 homes. While her career began as Chief Financial Officer at Orth Homes, she has since assisted in the establishment of a homebuilding entity, mainly selling custom builds, and becoming a licensed real estate agent. In 2020, she founded Creating Spaces, Inc., a construction and real estate company offering a full range of services, including development, residential construction, commercial construction, rental management, and real estate sales.

Doug DiSanti
FUND MANAGER
Doug DiSanti spent the early years of his career in Corporate America, managing commercial real estate portfolios in excess of a billion dollars. Doug has worked in all areas of the M&A space including but not limited to structuring, financing corporate acquisitions, entrepreneurial equity-backed financing and Initial Public Offerings.
In search of a greater impact, Mr. DiSanti left Corporate America at just 27 years old and set out to change the world with the founding of GrassRoots Advisory LLC. GrassRoots’ mission was to bring innovations to emerging countries for the betterment of mankind.
In addition to his role as Managing Director with GrassRoots, he is also Managing Partner at Vortex Estate Fund and Managing Director at Chestnut Hill
